What DIDN'T we eat here? We wanted it all! We got coffee, buns, a slice of princesstorte, paninis, and a quiche. I got a whole princesstorte to bring back to our lodging and we used it as a birthday cake for our son and enjoyed eating the leftovers. It can tough to find a seat but I had no issues. A great spot for fika or any time!

But here's the scoop: ordering can be a bit confusing, especially if you're new. There's no sign or helpful staff to guide you through the process. You're supposed to order at the cashier and grab what's ready to eat.
Also, who knew you could refill your coffee? Not me! That info would've saved me some confusion. Now, onto the seating situation – it's packed! Waiting for a spot can feel like forever, and honestly, no bakery is worth that much wait. When my food finally arrived, it was delicious, no doubt. But here's the kicker – it's pricey. Like, seriously overpriced for what you get.
In a nutshell, Vete-Katten has its charms, but the confusion around ordering, the wait for seating, and the steep prices left me with mixed feelings. With a little more clarity and reasonable pricing, it could be a real winner.

A perfect place for somebody who is craving Swedish delicious kanelbullar (cinnamon buns) or kardemummabullar (cardamom buns) but not only! There is a possibility to chill there since there is plenty of space but you can also order a takeout. The buns were fresh, soft and full of aroma! Also coffee was delicious. There is also a possibility to drink free fresh water and coffee. Highly recommended!

Great vibe. Good food. Plenty of dessert choices. A must when in Stockholm. It always is busy, and packed, but turnover of customers is quick so you can have a seat soon. Free coffee and bread - not used to that.

If you are looking for a brunch place in Stockholm, this is it.

Since we plan to return to Sweden, we shall visit this place again.

Trevligt plats, det var väldigt mycket folk inne och svårt att få sitt plats. Bra miljö. Kaffe latte var bra och princess tårtan var ok.
