Asiakaspalvelu on tosi surkeeta, joutuu jankuttamaan monta kertaa eikä kaikkeen saa vastausta. Pukuhuoneen kaapeista puolet ei mene kunnolla kiinni ja näyttää siltä, että remontti on kesken. Laitteita ei ilmeisesti koskaan huolleta ja monissa penkeissä on repeytymiä.

Itse sali on hyvä, mutta pukkarit ja suihkut aivan järkyttävässä kunnossa. Pari viikkoa sitten juuri remontoiduissa tiloissa seisoi pisuaarissa kusi monta päivää, eli viemärit tukossa eikä mitään tehty viikkoon Nyt on saatu kuset pois, mutta koko pukkari ja suihkutilat haisee aivan sille itselleen ja roskaa täynnä..

Tilat vähenee laitteet rapistuu ja hinta nousee. Viimeinen niitti oli, että ei voi enään ostaa yhden kuukauden korttia, vaan joutuu tekemään toistaiseksi voimassa olevan sopimuksen, jossa tietenkin irtisanomisaika. Harmi että järvenpään potentiaalisesti paras sali pilattiin. Liekkö syy sitten koronasta/rahapulasta, siihen ei minulla vastausta ole. Toivottavasti tulevaisuudessa homma paranee ja muuttuu, niin ehkä vielä palataan salillenne.

Kettukeskus. Alakerrassa avonaista tilaa josta löytyy ihan hyvä valikoima ylä- ja alakropan treenaukseen suunniteltuja laitteita. Penkkejä on tarpeeksi sekä vapareista löytyy tarpeeksi suuri skaala.
Aluksi laitteet tuntuivat hieman kankeilta verrattuna entisiin paikkoihin. Mutta nopeasti niihin kyllä tottui.
Lisäksi löytyy lukittavat pukukaapit, suihku ja pieni sauna (ainakin miesten puolelta).
Yläkerrassa on mahdollisuus joogaan, crossailuun, soutuun ja myös maksusta solarium.
Kyllä tätä on pakko suositella kun ilmanvaihto ainakin on kunnossa!

Hyvä kuntosali, monipuolisesti vapaita painoja, sekä laitteita. Tilaa venyttelylle ja muulle ryhmäliikunnalle myös.

Price of the gym is 40-50 euros per month. Lot of space and stuff for working out, for which the 1 star.

If you suggest something to the staff, they will tell you to e-mail them same thing you literally just said, and they will never reply to your e-mail.

Especially now at fall time there are plenty of people at the gym clearly sick and coughing ect, but staff does not ask them to go home.

Every single time I go in there, there will be at least one person using 2-3 different spots and claiming they are all his. I talk to the staff about this today, and the staff seems to not care.

Overall I would say there is potential in this place, but with the high price, you get a ghetto gym that in Espoo/Helsinki will cost you 20€ the same thing with the same problems.
