Dålig service, ingen mat (trots att kocken stod och hängde i köket) och inga renar. 😭

Had the most amazing time at Torassieppi. A big thank you to Dirk, Minto and Eva-Marie our Tour guides who were fab and really informative. All staff were so lovely and really went out of their way to accommodate us with things we wanted to do, like make pancakes! The resort is small and quaint, exactly as we wanted it and the landscape so beautiful. We made the most amazing friends and have not laughed so much in a long time. A big Thank you to you all and the Aurora did not disappoint either ❤️

All the staff at this resort were friendly and helpful, including the guides Derek, Evi Maria and Minto, the two receptionists, Gavrilo the chef from Serbia etc. The activities were varied and fun, including the typical husky dog sleigh riding, reindeer sleigh riding, snow mobile riding and snowshoe walking. We were also lucky in that we saw the northern lights on three different occasions. I would have rated excellent except a) I felt that for a trip that was sold as an aurora tour, the resort should have an aurora alert system. If not by the staff, to have an aurora alert system amongst the guests, on a voluntary sign up basis so that we don't miss aurora sightings and b) it would have good to include cross country skiing as part of the tour package.

Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Tolle Lage, liebevoller Service und ein super Touren-Angebot. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern hier und Derek hat ein perfektes Programm für uns organisiert, das wir nie vergessen werden. Hier spürt man wirklich die Liebe zur Region, alles ist mit Herz gemacht und der Gast ist König. Kann das Resort sehr empfehlen!

We had the best time when we stayed at Toresseppi. Staff we so friendly and very helpful, the food was amazing, even our fussy kids had something to eat every day without moaning! All the activities were fab and all a good length of time. The only one that was shortened was our husky sledding and that was more so because the temperature had dropped down to -32c and they explained it could be dangerous for the children to be out too long in that temperature. The cabins were warm and comfortable- we had a 6 person cabin with a sauna which was a lovely addition. We also stayed one night in an Aurora hut which was a good experience. For a Lapland Santa trip it was perfect, not in your face, too commercial or flooded with tourists. It was very authentic and jusy magical.

We have spent a very nice week in Torassieppi eco resort . Together with our friends, another French couple, we are used to travel away from touristic places. We found there a calm and nice place , at family scale in a superb environment. Staff , activities, cabins, food, landscape , all deserve a high rating. We highly recommend .

Ich bin mit Wikinger reisen 8 Tage hier gewesen. Wunderschön. Schöne Häuser. Tolles Restaurant. Polarlichter mehrfach gesehen. Rentierschlittentour, HuskySchlittentour, SchneeSchuhWandern, LanglausSki, Motorschlittentour, Badteln, Kochkurs, Thermoanzug u Thermoschuhe gab es Vor Ort, usw.
Es war einfach Toll!!!

We had an amazing time in Torassieppi. The staff was great, all the guides and employees are lovely. The food is delicious and the tours are very well organized and well equipped, I strongly recommend.
The resort is far from the city, so you need to bring everything you need with you, no options for shopping.
