We booked the Best Of Lapland package for Christmas week and it couldn't have been more special. All the staff was welcoming, friendly and kind, the service impeccable, food and drinks were top notch. We loved our cabin and the our own sauna was a blessing.
All the activities were informative, creative and we had a lovely time. Our guides were so nice.
Thank you for making our Christmas so special and once in a life time!

A wonderful experience with friendly staff, comfortable cosy cabins and everything you need for a Lapland adventure. We went with kids via transun for a ‘Santa experience’ and the hotel, its guides, its programme of experiences were exceptional. Mushing your own dog sled, snowmobiling (for hours) across frozen lakes and countryside or searching for Santa with elves through a magical forest. All amazing. We have done a Lapland trip with kids when younger to Levi some years back which was great but for slightly older kids ( mine 7,13) this trip was a little more adventurous and a lot more magical. The hotel guides who lead the excursions were exceptional ensuring your safety, comfort and especially enjoyment. The food was good although choice at times were limited - however amazing what kids eat when hungry after a day outside in snow. The bar was great and not prohibitively expensive apart from soft drinks but hotel does a drink package for kids which we didn’t know about till to late. The cabins are functional and cute, own sauna and fire and kitchen area. They can be about a 10 min walk away which was pleasant in morning going for breakfast and they have a minibus to take you back at the end of the day. Overall highly recommended for those looking for a little more adventure and magic on their Santa experience.

La struttura dell'hotel si trova nel bosco, in una zona molto tranquilla, è un pò da modernizzare, ma è comunque pulito e accogliente. Di fronte al lago poi si trova il ristorante, che è molto buono ma ha poca scelta di piatti ed è un pò caro, e la sauna.
La camera, anch'essa da modernizzare, è comoda e pulita.
La colazione a buffet è varia e buona.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit , complètement isolé, grâce à vivatour , nous avons passé 3 jours inoubliables. Les guides , les activités pour les enfants, la rencontre du Père Noël que nous avons cherché dans la forêt avec un lutin , rencontre personnalisée, mais aussi la balade en chiens de traîneaux, que du bonheur. Ma petite fille y a fêté ses 5 ans et elle s’en souviendra toute sa vie.

Magnifique séjour avec Vivatours !
Inoubliable balade en chiens de traineau sur le lac gelé, avec d'un côté la pleine lune juste au-dessus de la forêt, et de l'autre le jour crépusculaire...
Bons services de l'hôtel, et buffets pour le repas très corrects pour les petits et les grands.

Excellent hotel in Muonio. Everything was perfect, very good organisation from the beginning to the end of the trip.
Staff is very friendly and professional.
Food was good and healthy.
Special mention to Brous, our guide who made this adventure even more enriching. He knows a lot of about the Finnish culture and the trip would have been very different without his passion.
We agreed with the rest of the group Vivatours is highly recommendable.
